Office Exterior Lights

Exterior has been stuccoed and painted.  New lights installed as well.

WTB a Level

The first upper cabinets they built for the bar were the wrong height - these are the correct cabinets.  They still need to fill in the backsplash tile and purchase a level so they can reinstall the upper cabinets.

After several revisions, interior is done.

Cabinets for the built in refrigerator have been installed...this is taking waaaaaay too long.

2nd dog door installed - this is in the master bedroom.  Didn't like the original location to the right - so that still needs to be patched.

Old floor is out and room is painted.

Room is painted and wired for flat panel TV and surround sound.  Next up is the bamboo flooring.

Side Gate

New side gate.  Not a fan of those hinges - those need to be changed for different hardware and the shrubbery right against the house will have to go.

Drywalled

Ready for the rack to be installed.

Kitchen Update

Some of the plumbing lines were replaced, and the HVAC duct was rerouted to ceiling.   Kitchen is now drywalled and painted - ready for cabinets.
