Baseboards installed and some of the recessed lights have been changed.  Room has also been wired for ceiling speakers.

Block Wall Update

All thats left on the block wall is to install wall caps...

Garage Plans

Due to County of Orange restrictions, we need to have 30ft clearance in front of the garage doors - this is why the right garage is going to be angled.

Media Room

This is the view looking towards the rear of the media room - entry courtyard can be seen as well as the AV closet on the right.

Audio / Video Closet - will eventually house all the components for the home theater and multiroom speaker systems.
